Founded in 2015 by a group of passionate advocates, the Special Inclusive Support and Assistance Program (SISAP) began as a small community initiative to provide basic mobility aids. Over the years, recognizing the systemic barriers faced by individuals with disabilities, we evolved into a comprehensive organization. Today, we work closely with local governments, corporations, and community leaders to not only provide direct assistance but also to advocate for policy changes, promote accessible infrastructure, and foster a culture of true inclusion. Our journey is driven by the lived experiences of those we serve, ensuring that our programs remain grounded, effective, and transformative.
